Communication at the workplace

Effective communication is essential in any context but at the work place that could spell the difference between achievement and failure. Becoming an assertive person is learning how to claim what is your right and that both you and your opinion have value. We aim to teach how to do this in a dignified and respectful manner; a manner showing that both you and your co-workers deserve equal respect. Acting assertively is communicating with others in a positive and fair way—listening as much as you speak, expressing your feelings in an appropriate way and eventually co-creating meaningful solutions.
